Our Skill Development programs turn the creative and vocational potential of persons with disabilities into real, marketable skills, professional recognition, and sustainable income with mothers and families standing alongside them as equal partners, not caregivers on the sidelines.

Jewellery Making Training
Bangladesh's first mother-child co-creation model, where individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their mothers train and craft together over a three-month program. Every piece made is a shared achievement and every graduate steps out with the skills to become a self-employed entrepreneur.

Crafts Making Training
A versatile handicraft program spanning clay, jute, pottery decoration, paper crafts and lifestyle items. By training across multiple craft forms rather than one, participants build a broader toolkit of sensory, motor and creative skills they can practice, repeat and rely on for years to come.

Co-Curricular Activities — Protivar Alo
"Ability Through Creativity, Dignity Through Livelihood." Professional-level training in art, painting, fashion ramp, dance and music for persons with physical, intellectual and neurodevelopmental disabilities with a special focus on women who often face double marginalization. Participants aren't beneficiaries; they're artists, performers and income partners.

Every product and performance finds its audience through Barnali, IWS's dedicated platform for handmade goods and creative talent giving each participant a genuine, ongoing pathway to income, visibility and dignity.
